TWO-DAY FREE CLINIC

The 5th Heal Elgin Clinic is provided by Remote Area Medical (RAM), the largest provider of free pop-up clinics in America. It is an entirely free, multi-specialty, two-day event on Saturday, Oct 28, and Sunday, Oct 29, from 6 am, at the Judson University Fitness Center, located at the intersection of Rte. 31 and I-90 (entrance from River Rd, by Providence College). Patient registration ends when the clinic has reached its capacity for the day!

This is a free service for the underserved population, provided by volunteer healthcare professionals from Chicagoland and beyond.

The clinic includes Dental Care (dental exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and cleaning), Vision Care (eye exams and free glasses), Medical Care: medical exams, consultations, lifestyle counseling, and much more!

No appointment is required. First come, first served. No ID, insurance, or immigration questions.
